I don’t know why these guys have these in stock when the rest of the world can’t get them, but this is the fix for TSB PIC6330 with associated P0964/P0AC4 CELs. After trying to get this part and the associated harness for over a year from GM, I found Hard Core Diesel, ordered, and installed it. Not that hard. Write up on the GM-Volt forum. Anyway, this part is the issue, NOT the harness. If you are getting the P0964/P0AC4 CELs, this will fix it. I tested the old part and solenoid 2 failed open.
